Then try these simple yet challenging abdominal exercises that will get you back in great shape.
The basic ab exercise that everyone knows. To perform this exercise, lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet on the floor, place your hand behind your head and curl your torso off the floor.
Take an overhead grip on the pull-up bar and hang straight. Raise your knees as high as possible. To make this exercise more challenging, you can perform it with your legs straight. You can also do a variation of this exercise on a particular bench at the gym or on the floor. This exercise focuses on your lower abs.
For this exercise you need to crunch in a way that your elbow touches your knee in an alternate manner. You can do this on a bench or on the floor.
Kneel down with the bar behind your neck or the rope on your side and move your chest towards your thighs. You can also focus on your obliques by twisting your spine in the lower half of the movement.
To perform this exercise, raise your legs as if you were doing leg raises and hold them at a point where your abs are engaged and then try to touch your toes.
I didn’t include too many ab exercises because you don’t really need a lot of ab exercises to get those killer abs as mentioned in “RARE Secrets of Bodybuilding, That Can Take YOU To Another LEVEL!“. Moreover, these exercises are pretty much variations in the crunches.
